Reneepearl Kim Sales is a PhD candidate in Evidence-based Health Care at the Institute for Evidence-Based Healthcare, Bond University, Australia. She is investigating non-antibiotic-based strategies for primary care acute respiratory disease treatment.

Camille Duran is a Master of Science in Forestry student from UPLB. Her thesis focused on a taxonomic review of a genus of orb-weaver spiders known as Gasteracantha.

Jariel Naomi Bacar is a multifaceted researcher and licensed chemist, a Behavioral Neuroscience PhD candidate at Binghamton University in the USA. Her current research focuses on ethanol-induced stress reactivity, and she has received multiple awards for her work in alcohol and addiction research.

Dr. Gay Jane Perez is a physicist, professor, and the Acting Director General of the Philippines Space Agency. One of the things she cares most about is finding ways to use space science and technology to help address some of the most pressing challenges that the country faces, from food security and disaster resilience to environmental monitoring and climate action.

Fitz Gerald Silao is a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at the University of Oxford, UK. His current research focuses on how lipid transfer at membrane contact sites mediates cell death and electron transport chain complexstability.

Jan Elaine Soriano, PhD is a postdoctoral fellow studying spinal cord injuries at Neurorestore, École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, Switzerland.

Margaret Jane Go is a PhD candidate in International Relations and Politics at the University of Westminster, UK and a Research Officer at the University of Westminster Business School. Her current focus is on the relationship between China and the United States.

Dr. Erwin Don Racasa is a licensed chemist, environmental scientist, and Associate Professor at the School of Environmental Science and Management of the UPLB. He studied ground water from coastal fen peatlands.

Jaime Rodolfo “Jaro” Garcia III is a PhD researcher and student at Newcastle University in the UK. He integrates concepts of polymer chemistry, nanomaterials, and biotechnology to develop solutions to biological challenges.

Dr. Michelle Marie Villamayor is an Associate Professor and College Research Coordinator at the Central Mindanao University Department of Physics. She founded a plasma physics laboratory at Central Mindanao University and has remained there until now.

Ruby Shaira Panela is a Media, Campaigns, and Branding Senior Specialist at the International Rice Research Institute and a Master’s student of Development Communication at the UPLB.

Carmela Gonzales is a PhD candidate in Space Cybersecurity at Capitol Technology University, international researcher, and cybersecurity professor based in Southern California.

Zoren Mabunga, PhD is an electronics engineer and Assistant Professor at the Southern Luzon State University. His research interests span artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and wireless sensor networks.

Patrick De Vera is an Assistant Professor at the Manila Central University, College of Medical Technology. He is currently involved in research projects profiling antimicrobial resistance in hospital wastewater in Caloocan City, as well as a pilot study broadly investigating hospital wastewater-based epidemiology.

Lovely Andeo is currently taking up her Master of Applied Science in Aerospace Science and Engineering at the University of Toronto. She conducts research on AI-driven systems for autonomous space applications.

David Africa is a research scientist on the alignment team at the UK AI Security Institute. There, he studies the technical problem of preventing AI systems from carrying out actions that pose risks to our collective security.

Dr Daryl Joe Santos is an Assistant Professorial Lecturer at De La Salle University and Assistant Professor II at Rizal Technological University. Daryl’s research interests span the physics of active galactic nuclei and studying them through various techniques, including interferometry, spectroscopy, and photometry.

Catherine “Cath” Mandigma, RND is a board-certified nutritionist-dietitian specialising in astronaut nutrition and commercial spaceflight. Cath works to advance the intersection of nutrition and space science.

Jayson Pasaol is a doctoral researcher at the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Poland. His dissertation focused on discovering a novel therapeutic approach for treating canine cancer.
