Closing out the month of June is Pinoy Scientist Paige Magtaan, a public school science teacher at Kapt. Jose Cardones Integrated School.
Paige graduated from Pangasinan State University – Bayambang Campus in 2010 where she completed her Bachelor of Elementary Education, Major in General Education. Soon after, she began teaching at Kapt. Jose Cardones Integrated School, where she is still working to this day! That same year, Paige began taking up her Master of Arts in Education, Major in Educational Management at Pasig Catholic College – Pasig City. She graduated with her Master’s degree in 2015.
In addition to being a science teacher, Paige has also served as a school science coordinator. Her knowledge of science has also been applied outside of the classroom as a Journalism Trainer, with a focus on science news.
