Cristal Balaga is a mineral and metal processing engineer who recently graduated with an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master across Chile, Austria, and Finland. She trained under the EMJM PROMISE programme in hopes of taking the mineral processing sector into a sustainable future.

John Sebastian Simon is a mathematician and Research Scientist at the Johann Radon Institute for Computational and Applied Mathematics of the Austrian Academy of Sciences.

Ralph Chan is a PhD student in sociology at the University of Vienna. He is currently working on his doctoral thesis on school-to-work and youth-to-adulthood transition from a sociological perspective.
