Meet Noel Lito Sayson, laser physicist.

He is currently on study leave from the Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) in Iligan City, Philippines, and pursuing Ph.D. studies doing experiments at the Nonlinear Optics and Photonics lab at The University of Auckland, New Zealand.
