Ian de Vera is a pharmacologist and biologist

He is currently Assistant Professor and Director of the Protein Core Facility at the Department of Pharmacology and Physiology, Saint Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, USA.

He considers himself a “drug hunter”– working to discover new drugs for different diseases, such as various cancers, metabolic diseases and neurological disorders.
